Padlet

Hi,

Happy Easter and enjoy the long holiday -:)

Below you will find the links to both your Padlets. Remember to research about PBL and then post it to your Padlet with a comment below telling us a short summary of the article with one or two sentences. (Refer to my article)

As for this week's comment and post on the Blog will be again about PBL so you will have more time to enjoy the festivities with your family.

On Monday, supposedly the time of our lecture, I will upload the webinars for you to watch and take down notes and ideas to be shared during lecture next Monday.

Keep up the good work and let me know if there is anything else I can do for you, especially the project groups if they need anything for their presentations.

Blog post and comment for both groups

Hi everyone,

I hope you are all enjoying the long holiday. Happy Easter to all of those who are celebrating it with their families.

This week's seminar was an example of what is known as a flipped classroom. Therefore, I would like you to reflect on this model by sharing your personal insight. Although this was only limited experience, there is more you can do with this model in your classrooms.

Attached you will find the link Flipped Classroom where you can read more about this model.

Tell me more in your blogs how do you find this model and how do you plan to use it in your own teaching context.

Wishing you an enjoyable holiday and Happy Easter!

Have a look at all these available resources and you will have time until 7.40 to decide about the topic you are going to teach and to write it on the online document.

Thank you

Next week's assignment

Hello everyone,

I hope you all had a nice week regardless of the rain and the gloomy sky.
I would like to congratulate you all in these first three busy weeks. You have made it through and I am positive that you will continue in this manner even in the weeks to come.
You are all building your profile as future teachers and whatever you are learning as part of your Master studies will contribute to your final goal.

This week's assignment is related to autonomy and creating your own knowledge based on independent research. However, we all live in a society and sharing our knowledge is the most important aspect of it all. Collaborating and working as a team with a final shared trophy to cheer!
In Albanian we say two minds are better than one, therefore collaborating and sharing ideas with friends will eventually contribute to our individual success.

Read about Constructivism and reflect how you will be able to use it now as students but most importantly with your future students.

I have submitted an updated version of your Assignments as well as the rubrics for your blog, project, and essay. Read the rubric assessment carefully so you will know what it is expected from you.

One of the steps of your project was Keeping a Journal, which was meant to be introduced only later after 4 weeks. I have moved that step for the upcoming week so you can start and making notes about the "classroom" you are going to teach during the project. What tools, what activities, what materials and exercises you need to prepare? Start writing them in your online journal/diary.

I could suggest an online Diary/Journal and we can discuss this idea more in the classroom together.
If you have any other questions, please let me know by posting it on the blog.

I wish you all a nice weekend and see you next week !
